  1. ACCEPTANCE

    By using and/or visiting stellaplus.xyz (collectively, including but not limited to all content, videos, images,
    comments, links, uploads and user submissions available through stellaplus.xyz, the “Platform”), you agree to the terms
    and conditions contained here and the terms of our Privacy Policy (incorporated by reference), plus any future updates (together, the
    “Agreement”).

    If you do not agree to be bound by this Agreement, do not use stellaplus.xyz.

    Changes: This Agreement can change at any time at our sole discretion. When we update it, the updated version applies
    immediately once posted. If you do not agree to the updated Agreement, you must stop using the Platform.

    These terms apply to all users of stellaplus.xyz, whether you are a “visitor” or a “member.”

  2. DESCRIPTION OF THE SERVICE

    stellaplus.xyz is an adult entertainment platform. It allows registered and unregistered users to access and view adult-oriented
    material, including sexually explicit content. Some content is posted/uploaded by users.

    The Platform may also include links to third-party websites that are not owned or controlled by stellaplus.xyz. We do not control those
    sites and we are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. You use third-party sites at your own risk.

    stellaplus.xyz is for personal use only and must not be used for commercial purposes unless specifically approved by the
    Platform.

  3. ACCESS (18+ ONLY)

    To use stellaplus.xyz, you confirm that:

    • you are at least eighteen (18) years old, and
    • you are at least the age of majority where you live and where you access the Platform (if that age is higher than 18).

    If you are under 18 (or under the age of majority where you are), you are not allowed to use stellaplus.xyz.

    We may use age-gating and may require verification. If we cannot reasonably confirm eligibility, we may restrict or block access.

  4. ACCOUNTS & SECURITY

    If you create an account, you agree that:

    • the information you provide is accurate and current,
    • you will keep your login details private and secure,
    • you are responsible for everything done using your account.

    We may suspend or terminate accounts that appear to be compromised or used in a way that violates these terms.

  5. VERIFIED UPLOADS ONLY (APPROVED MEMBERS)

    Uploading is not open to everyone.

    Only approved/verified members may upload content. Verification may include identity/age checks and other information
    we request. Approval is optional, can be refused, and can be withdrawn at any time.

    If you upload content, you agree to cooperate with compliance checks and provide documentation if requested (see Section 7).

  6. CONDUCT (WHAT YOU CAN’T DO HERE)

    You agree you will not (and will not allow anyone using your account to) upload, post, publish, transmit, or make available any content
    that is:

    • illegal or unlawful,
    • harassing, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or hateful,
    • invasive of privacy (including personal info / doxxing),
    • sexually exploitative or non-consensual,
    • depicting or promoting harm, trafficking, or coercion,
    • depicting cruelty to animals, bestiality, rape, torture, or “snuff” content,
    • containing viruses, malware, or code designed to damage, interrupt, or monitor devices,
    • used for scams, fraud, blackmail, extortion, or impersonation.

    Zero tolerance: Any content involving minors (or that appears to involve minors) is strictly forbidden. If reported or
    detected, it will be removed and may be reported to authorities.

    We decide (in our sole discretion) what violates these rules and what action to take.

  7. UPLOADS & USER SUBMISSIONS (YOUR RESPONSIBILITY)

    stellaplus.xyz may allow approved members to upload videos, images and other material (“User Submissions”). You understand we do not
    guarantee confidentiality for anything you upload.

    If you upload content, you confirm and agree that:

    A) Everyone in the content is 18+

    You will not upload content that shows or suggests anyone under 18. You must be able to prove age if asked.

    B) Consent is mandatory

    You have the clear, informed, and voluntary consent of every identifiable person in the content to be recorded and to have the content
    uploaded and distributed on stellaplus.xyz.

    C) You have the rights

    You own the content or have permission/licenses to upload it (including music, clips, photos, trademarks, etc.). Do not upload what you
    don’t have rights to use.

    D) You keep records

    You agree to maintain documentation proving age and consent for all performers/participants in your uploads and provide it promptly if
    requested. If you can’t provide it, the content may be removed and your upload access may be revoked.

    E) License you give stellaplus.xyz

    By uploading, you grant stellaplus.xyz a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable and transferable license to host, store,
    reproduce, distribute, display, perform, and technically modify your submission (example: encoding, thumbnails, formatting) in connection
    with operating and promoting the Platform.

    You keep ownership rights in your uploads, but you give us the license needed to run the service.

    What you also agree NOT to upload:

    • copyrighted material you don’t own or have permission to use,
    • private/intimate material posted without permission,
    • false or misleading claims meant to harm someone,
    • ads or solicitations (unless approved),
    • content that violates any law where you live or where the content is accessed.
  8. MODERATION & REMOVAL

    stellaplus.xyz can (but does not have to) monitor content and user activity.

    We may refuse to publish, remove, limit visibility, or block access to any content at any time, for any reason or no reason, with or
    without notice.

    We may suspend/terminate accounts, remove upload privileges, or block access to protect users, the Platform, or to comply with legal
    obligations.

  9. REPORTING, COPYRIGHT & TAKEDOWNS

    If you believe content on stellaplus.xyz violates your rights (copyright, privacy, consent, etc.), submit a removal request here: Request Removal

    Your request must include:

    • the affected content link (URL to the specific page/video), and
    • a short explanation of the issue and what you want done.

    Important: To prevent abuse and fake claims, additional proof of ownership/authorization/identity may be required
    before we take takedown action. If you don’t provide enough information, we may be unable to act.

    We may remove or restrict access to content while we review credible reports.

  10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

    All Platform design, branding, logos, code, and non-user content are owned by or licensed to stellaplus.xyz and protected by
    intellectual property laws.

    You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, license, or exploit Platform materials except for personal, non-commercial use, unless
    you have written permission.

    You also agree not to disable or bypass security features or any tools that limit copying or access.

  11. THIRD-PARTY LINKS & ADS

    stellaplus.xyz may show ads or include links to other sites. Those third parties control their own content and policies. We are not
    responsible for any third-party site or any transaction you do with them.

  12. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER

    You use stellaplus.xyz at your own risk.

    To the fullest extent allowed by law, stellaplus.xyz is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without
    warranties of any kind (express or implied), including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement.

    We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any content will always be available.

  13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

    To the fullest extent permitted by law, stellaplus.xyz will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive
    damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising out of your use of the Platform.

  14. INDEMNITY

    You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless stellaplus.xyz from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including
    legal fees) arising from:

    • your use of the Platform,
    • your uploads or user submissions,
    • your violation of these Terms,
    • your violation of any law,
    • your violation of any third-party rights (including privacy, consent, or intellectual property).
  15. ACCOUNT TERMINATION

    We may suspend or terminate your access (including upload privileges) at any time if:

    • you breach these Terms,
    • you create risk/harm for others or the Platform,
    • you repeatedly upload content that violates rules.
  16. GOVERNING LAW

    These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Nigeria, and where relevant, may also be interpreted alongside
    applicable Kenyan and West African legal requirements depending on where the user accesses the Platform
    and where the activity occurs.

    You agree that you are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you in your location.
